THE first signs for a new store in The Broadway have appeared.
In May, it was announced lifestyle brand Sapphire would open in the former HMV unit later this year.
The music and entertainment retailer moved to the other side of the shopping centre, next to H&M, in June.
It's a time of change for The Broadway with Primark gearing up to open its store next month.
Meanwhile, women's clothing store Select closed its doors early in August.
The Broadway Sapphire store will be the Pakistani brand's first store in the UK.
The grand opening is expected to be an "exciting first look at the beautifully designed space, which mirrors the chic, modern aesthetic of Sapphire's collections".
“Launching our first store in the UK at The Broadway is a proud moment for us," said Imran Choudhery, international chief operating officer of Sapphire, in May.
“We are excited to bring our unique blend of heritage craftsmanship and contemporary style to the UK audience, and Bradford’s vibrant community is the perfect place to start.”
At the time, Ian Ward, general manager at The Broadway, added: “We’re so proud to be the first location for Sapphire here in the UK and we know our shoppers will love the wide choice of fashion choices.”
