WEST Yorkshire Police has vowed to "leave no stone unturned" in the pursuit of justice after recent disorder and revealed four people have been convicted of various offences already.
One of those men is Jordan Plain, 30, of Broadway, in Horsforth, while Joe Levitt, 30, of Kingsway, in Wrose, Bradford has been charged with an offence in relation to disorder.
Plain has been convicted of racially aggravated intentional harassment and was remanded in custody to be sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on Friday.
Levitt has been charged with failure to comply with a Section 35 order - directions for excluding a person from an area.
He was bailed to appear before Leeds Magistrates' Court on August 19.
Officers have been working at pace to investigate offending in West Yorkshire and three other criminals convicted for their alleged roles in disorder will be sentenced this week.
Sameer Ali, 21, of West Park Drive, in Roundhay, Leeds and Adnan Ghafoor, 31, of Spen Bank, in West Park, Leeds have both been convicted for affray.
Jordan Parlour, 28, of Brooklands Close, in Seacroft, Leeds has been convicted of publishing written material intended to stir religious hatred.
All three men were remanded in custody for sentencing.
Ali and Ghafoor will appear at Leeds Crown Court this Friday, while Parlour is due down the road at Leeds Magistrates' Court on the same day.
Meanwhile, a 16-year-old boy from Leeds, who cannot be named for legal reasons in relation to his age, is to be sentenced at Leeds Crown Court next month, on September 4.
He was convicted of using threatening abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent which is likely to stir racial hatred.
The force has also charged three other men for various offences.
Harvey Gardner, 20, of Queens Way, in Kirkburton, Kirklees was charged with encouraging or assisting violent disorder.
This relates to alleged social media posts about disorder in Huddersfield on Monday.
Gardner appeared at Leeds Magistrates' Court today and was remanded in custody for a hearing before Leeds Crown Court at the end of the month, on August 28.
Kaden Smith, 19, of Pollard Square, in Manchester has been charged with assaulting an emergency worker and was bailed to appear before Leeds Magistrates' Court on August 19.
Anthony Levitt, 67, of Naburn Court, in Whinmoor, Leeds is also expected at the same court that day.
He was bailed after being charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "We will leave no stone unturned to bring those involved in offences related to disorder to justice and will use all the investigative tools available to the force to investigate offences.
"Our warning to anyone thinking of getting involved in this type of criminality is clear - if you cause or incite violence, or commit related offending, you will face the full force of the law."
