LATEST NEWS: Woman arrested after teenage boy on bike is injured in crash
BUSES were being forced to divert after a road in a Bradford estate was blocked by a crash.
The collision happened on Tyersal Lane, in the Holme Wood area, near its junction with Sutton Crescent.
First West Yorkshire posted on X at 4.11pm to say its 608 bus, which serves between the estate and Bradford city centre, is having to take a different route in both directions.
The service was diverting via Holme Wood Road, Cutler Heights Lane, and Broad Lane, heading into Bradford.
The return route was diverting via Cutler Heights Lane and Holme Wood Road.
This diversion cut out six bus stops in the Holme Wood estate, along Broadstone Way.
Other traffic was reportedly coping well.
The crash was cleared just after 5pm.
West Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) have now provided further details.
