Yorkshire Garden Centres has sites at Tong, Tingley, Otley, and Bingley, and recently acquired Dean's of York and Scarborough.
The newly created roles include Group People and Culture Manager, to which Steph Harrison has been promoted.
Her responsibilities include overseeing the People and Culture team.
Thomas Waller will take on the role of Group Catering Operations Manager.
He will drive the business forward in catering operations, standards, and compliance.
Lisa Passant has been promoted to Giftware and Christmas Team Lead.
Her role includes managing the gift area, her team, and stock rotation.
Mark Farnsworth, Yorkshire Garden Centres' managing director, said: "Steph and Lisa have worked hard to earn their promotions and Thomas has joined the business at a very exciting time.
"All three appointments will help to prepare us for future growth."
Each role will work across all sites.
