A MAN has sadly died after being found in a canal.
West Yorkshire Police attended to reports of a man in the canal at Huddersfield Road, Brighouse, just after 1.30pm on Saturday afternoon.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances.

A spokesperson for the force said: "At 1.36om officers were called to reports of a man in the canal at Huddersfield Road, Brighouse.
"A man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Enquiries are ongoing but there are believed to be no suspicious circumstances.
