POLICE are appealing for help in tracking down those responsible for stealing a caravan - the second to have been recently reported stolen from South Craven.
The white Elddis Avanti 554 four-berth caravan was stolen from a location on Colne Road, Cowling, west of Keighley, shortly after 1pm on Friday, July 19, say police.
"It has a distinctive bespoke lock box to its front right, along with distinguishing damage to the front windowsill where wood is exposed," added a police spokesperson.
On Saturday, July 20, a white Swift Challenger 635 tourer was stolen from Low Bradley. It is believed it was towed away in the direction of West Yorkshire by a silver coloured Kia Sportage.
Anyone with any information about the Elddis is asked to email: Andrew.Haythorne@northyorkshire.police.uk Alternatively, call North Yorkshire Police on 101, and ask for Andrew Haythorne, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via its website www.crimestoppers-uk.org
