A MOTOR group has acquired Trust Ford Bradford, part of the world's largest Ford dealer group, Trust Ford.
On July 1, Leeds-headquartered DM Keith Motor Group completed the acquisition.
Trust Ford operates in more than 60 sites in the UK.
DM Keith, a family business that celebrated its 60th birthday in 2023, represents 10 brands across 20 showrooms.
The move follows the acquisitions of Colin Appleyard Motor Group in February 2024 and Ringways Ford and Kia in 2021.
Dougal Keith, managing director of DM Keith, said: "Our franchised partners, coupled with our company values of ‘fit,' ‘fun,' ‘family,’ and ‘fearless’ are at the foundation of our business, as demonstrated at our sites every day.
"Our business is built on a strong passion for excellent customer service, and our aim is to be trusted and respected by everyone who encounters us for the lifetime of their motoring needs."
On July 1, all of Trust Ford Bradford's employees and assets were incorporated into DM Keith, increasing total employee numbers by 49.
Combined annual turnover moved DM Keith near the top 50 groups in the AM100.
DM Keith's annual turnover is projected to exceed £360m in 2024.
