Yorkshire charity Smart Works Leeds is calling for businesses to exhibit at its Women Into Works Jobs Fair in Bradford on September 24.
The event, hosted at Bradford City Football Club's ground, provides a pool of female talent for businesses seeking to recruit.
The jobs fair is also an opportunity for businesses that are seeking to increase the representation of women within their organisation.
Smart Works Leeds is a women's employment charity which supported over 800 women across Yorkshire in 2023.
69% of the people supported by Smart Works are in employment within one month of their appointment.
The jobs fair is sponsored by Ilkley-based B Corp, High Speed Training.
Lottie Roberts, outreach manager at Smart Works Leeds, said: "A key part of our strategy for 2024 is to become more visible in Bradford and the jobs fair is a perfect opportunity to spread the word about our service and connect employers to women who are actively looking for work."
Employers from all sectors are encouraged to attend, with an admin fee of £50 required for a stand at the event.
