POLICE in Bradford have launched a forensic examination after recovering a 'suspicion-looking' stolen Land Rover.

Officers from the Steerside Enforcement Team spotted the Land Rover Defender, which appeared to be covered in mud and had a flat tyre, parked on road in Manningham.

The vehicle was found to have been stolen from the Bradford South area of the city.

The Land Rover will now undergo a forensic examination.

A spokesperson for the Steerside Enforcement Team said: "Whilst patrolling the Manningham area of Bradford West earlier Thursday we checked out this suspicious looking Land Rover.

"It was found to have been stolen from the Bradford South area overnight.

"It was recovered and a thorough forensic examination will now take place."
