A DRIVER who was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt had their Audi seized after police discovered the vehicle had no insurance.
Officers from the Steerside Enforcement Team stopped the Audi on Ringwood Road on the Canterbury estate.
Further checks revealed that the Audi was uninsured.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported to court.
The Steerside Enforcement Team said: "Whilst patrolling the Canterbury area, we caused this Audi to stop on Ringwood Road due to the driver not wearing their seatbelt.
"They were also found to be uninsured.
"Vehicle seized and driver reported."
