A DELIVERY driver's Mercedes-Benz van was seized by police after an insurance policy was not taken out on the vehicle.
The van was stopped on Gaythorne Road near West Bowling in Bradford.
A spokesperson for the Steerside Enforcement Team said: "The driver of this Mercedes-Benz van had forgotten to set up his temporary insurance policy prior to commencing his deliveries across the district.
"Stopped on Gaythorne Road. The van was seized and driver reported to court."
