PLANS to convert a Bronte Country church into a house have been submitted to Bradford Council.
Slack Lane Baptist Church on Mackingstone Lane, just outside the village of Oakworth, closed in 2018 after almost 200 years of operating as a place of worship.
The church was then put on the market.
Now a planning application to convert the inside of the church into a three-bed home has been submitted by a Mr Harney.
The application says the refurbishment work started in May.
A decision on the application is expected in September.
