A MASSIVE survey of property prices has revealed the most expensive - and cheapest - streets in Bradford.

Gathering five year’s worth of sold house price data across the Bradford postcodes, Acacia Park Crescent, Apperley Lane and Mitchell Lane have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.

Some of the cheapest residential streets in Bradford include Vicar Lane, Ruby House and Mallard Court.

Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Bradford postcodes.

On Acacia Park Crescent (BD10), 3 properties sold for an average of £1,060,000. Apperley Lane (BD10), 3 properties sold for an average of £628,733. Also, Mitchell Lane (BD10) saw 4 properties sell for an average of £525,000.

Some of the cheapest streets include Vicar Lane (BD1) (where 5 properties sold for an average of £37,599), Ruby House (BD1) (where 3 properties sold for an average of £39,000) and Mallard Court (BD8) (where 3 properties sold for an average of £39,833).

Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.” “It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Woodlands Drive (BD10) sold for £1,500,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £28,000 and under on Hallgate (BD1), Sunbridge Road (BD1) and Haycliffe Road (BD1),” he concludes.
