Crowd goes wild for Sir Tom Jones at Piece Hall

The Welsh superstar was the latest headliner in the TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall 2024 summer series.

The historic Halifax courtyard welcomed Sir Tom as though it was the Green Green Grass Of Home, as he made his return to the venue for another sold-out show in the summer of live music.

The place erupted with cheers from the audience as Sir Tom, who first played the venue in 2022, made his way to the front of the stage. "It's great to be back in Halifax!" he beamed.

Fans were treated to hit after hit as the international and multi-award-winning music legend delivered a sensational performance, including his mega hits It’s Not Unusual, What’s New Pussy Cat, Sex Bomb, Delilah and Leave Your Hat On.

Much to the crowd's delight, Sir Tom showed no signs of slowing down. As the dazzling concert came to a close, after a big rock ’n’ roll finish, he told the audience: “We’ve had a ball tonight - and hope you have too!”
