BRADFORDIANS home and abroad have been getting excited at the prospect of England winning their first major tournament on foreign soil.

Gareth Southgate's men take on three-time winners Spain in the Euro 2024 final in Berlin on Sunday evening.

The Three Lions have not captured glory on the grandest stage since their World Cup success on home turf in 1966.

The 41-year-old is part of a group of Bradford City and England fans who have travelled to Germany for the Euros.

He told the T&A: "I think Southgate’s learnt from his mistakes and now he has the team in the correct formation and the players playing in the right positions.

"Hopefully we can learn from losing the last Euros final and bring this one home."

34-year-old Luke Bowers, who is out there with Mr Marsh, added: "Being on foreign soil following England with the lads representing (Bradford) City with other clubs alike is what it’s all about."

"We have been showing the games in the Rose and Crown and Wallers.

"A lot more new faces are coming in. England major tournaments is great for our industry."
