A CAR was seized in the Bradford district after a young child was found to be unrestrained in the back.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team stopped the Vauxhall Astra on Bradford Road in Saltaire.
Officers also found the driver was only a provisional licence holder.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported for the offences.
A post on the Operation Steerside Team X account read: "This @vauxhall Astra was sighted on Bradford Road, Saltaire @WYP_Shipley with young child in the rear, unrestrained.
"Driver was then found to be a provisional licence holder only, unsupervised.
"Vehicle seized & driver reported for offences."
The Operation Steerside Team has been dedicated to tackling dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford since the initiative was launched in 2016.
