FIREFIGHTERS were called to the scene of a building fire in Brighouse last night.
Four engines from the West Fire and Rescue Service were called at 8.05pm on Wednesday to reports that two portable buildings on Phoenix Street, Brighouse, were on fire.
A spokesperson for the fire service said that the "two 15m x 10m [portable buildings] were 100 per cent involved in fire".
Two breathing apparatus, two large jets and one hose reel was used to extinguish the fire.
Four fire engines from Rastrick, Cleckheaton, Odsal and Huddersfield fire stations dealt with the incident.
