A 38-year-old man was injured in what police described as a "serious assault" in the Bradford district, it has been revealed.
The incident occurred in the street on Main Road, Denholme, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called to the scene at 1.20am after receiving a call from the ambulance service.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed the man suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
A spokesperson told the Telegraph & Argus that police enquiries are still ongoing.
