A FAMOUS face enjoyed a meal at a popular Bradford restaurant.

Miriam Margolyes, who starred in the Harry Potter film series, popped down to MyLahore's flagship store on Great Horton Road after her appearance at the Bradford Literature Festival.

Margolyes discussed her memoir 'Oh Miriam!' to a sold-out crowd on Saturday.

The restaurant said she "loved the food" on offer for her post-festival meal.

A post on MyLahore's X page read: "Look who stopped by after their @BradfordLitFest talk!

"The one and only actress Miriam Margolyes!

"We're thrilled she chose #Bradford flagship for her post-festival meal and delighted that she loved the food!"

It comes after the restaurant celebrated its 22nd anniversary.

Since opening, MyLahore has welcomed royals and celebrities through its doors and won several prestigious awards.
