KIDS Planet day nurseries in Woodside, Wyke and Clayton have raised an impressive £1,528 for Bradford charity Cash For Kids.
Cash for Kids, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the local Bradford area, works tirelessly to combat poverty, loneliness, hunger, illness and neglect.
The fundraising activities across the nurseries included a variety of events:
• Woodside hosted a sponsored walk and a crazy hair day.
• Wyke organised a sponsored walk, a treadmill walk for staff and a crazy hair day.
• Clayton held a bake sale and an outdoor festival day, offering a mix of treats and entertainment for all.
The group of nurseries has a history of supporting Cash for Kids, donating money, prizes, and presents, particularly during the festive season.
Cherelle Webster, senior nursery manager at Kids Planet said: "We are incredibly proud of our nurseries' efforts to support Cash for Kids and I would like to thank all that have been involved in raising money for the charity.
"The enthusiasm and generosity of our staff, children, and parents have made a significant impact on the lives of many children in our community.
"We are committed to making a difference wherever we can."
