TWO teenage boys were arrested on suspicion of going equipped in an incident which saw a large police presence on a Bradford street in the early hours of this morning.
The arrests of two 15-year-olds comes as a large police presence was spotted on Norman Lane in Eccleshill at 4am today.
Video footage sent to the T&A showed five police vehicles and nearly a dozen officers carrying out what appeared to be a search in the area.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "A 15 year-old-male has been arrested on suspicion of going equipped. "It's after officers on foot patrol on Norman Lane sighted a male at around 4am wearing a balaclava who then made off from police.
"After a short foot chase the male was detained.
"A short while earlier another 15-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of going equipped.
"Both remain in police custody."
