A WANTED man with "love" and "hate" on his knuckles could be in Bradford.
Lancashire Police has launched an appeal to find 34-year-old Kurt Baxter, who is wanted in connection with an investigation into a report of fraud.
The appeal was shared by neighbourhood police teams, including Pendle Police and Burnley and Padiham Police.
Baxter has links to Bradford, Skipton, Keighley, West Yorkshire generally, Burnley, Barrowford, Nelson, Colne, and Blackpool, according to a spokesperson for Lancashire Police.
He is described as being 5ft 6ins tall, with blonde hair, and blue eyes.
He has "KB" tattooed on his neck, and "love" and "hate" etched on his knuckles.
Anyone with information that could help police find him, or who sees Baxter, should call them on 101, or using the contact options on police websites.
