A CAR crash closed a road near Bradford this morning.
The one-car crash took place around 7.30am on Monday on Tong Lane at Pudsey near the junctions of Mill Lane and Roker Lane.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police confirmed it was a one-vehicle crash which is being "treated as a damage-only collision".
The crash closed Tong Lane this morning and caused heavy traffic in the area.
A earlier traffic alert by Inrix reported: “Tong Lane both ways blocked, heavy traffic due to an accident from Mill Lane to Roker Lane between Birkenshaw and Pudsey."
The crash was one of two in the which caused heavy traffic in the Bradford area this morning.
Another crash also took place on Toller Lane in Manningham.
An earlier traffic alert by Inrix reported: “Toller Lane eastbound partially blocked, heavy traffic due to an accident between Fairfield Road and Church Street.”
A more recent traffic report has said that the "accident and road are cleared, and traffic has returned to normal".
