A TRAPPED person had to be rescued after a car overturned following a collision with a van this afternoon.
Emergency services were scrambled to the scene of the two-vehicle crash just after 3pm this afternoon (Friday) on Bradford Road in Cleckheaton.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service: "We received a report at 3.04pm today of a road traffic collision involving one car on its roof.
"One person was trapped in vehicle, was extricated by fire service personnel and left in the care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
"Fire crews from Cleckheaton, Odsal and Dewsbury Fire Stations attended."
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police called shortly after 3pm to a report of a collision involving a car and a van on Bradford Road, Cleckheaton.
"Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed no serious injuries."
