POLICE are appealing for information about an alleged burglary at a shop in the Yorkshire Dales that included the theft of charity boxes.
It is alleged that suspects forced entry into the shop on Main Street, Grassington, at 12.43am on Tuesday (June 18) before stealing various items including charity boxes collecting donations for local organisations.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "We’re particularly appealing for information about a vehicle that was seen on Main Street around this time. Please check any CCTV and doorbell footage to see if anything was captured."
