POLICE investigating the theft of a pit bike from a shed have released a picture of a male they want to speak to.
The theft happened at a property on Lowood Lane, Birstall, sometime between 12.30am and 6.30am on Monday.
The bike has not yet been recovered.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Information was also received shortly after 9am that morning that three people, believed to be male, had been trying door handles of properties and vehicles on nearby Branwell Avenue in the early hours between 1.40am and 2am.
"Officers from the Kirklees District Crime Team are keen to speak to anyone who has seen these individuals or who has any information about their identity.
"An image has been released of one individual seen in the area.
"They are also appealing for anyone with information about the whereabouts of the stolen pit bike to come forward."
