A WOMAN has been released on bail after being arrested on suspicion of assault.
West Yorkshire Police was called to a pub in Victoria Road, Eccleshill, at 8.55pm on Sunday to reports of an ongoing fight.
There was a large police presence at the scene and at least five force vehicles were parked near The Fountain pub.
People could also be seen gathered outside the front of the pub while an officer interacted with them.
Two police vehicles were blocking Westgate, at its junction with Victoria Road.
When officers arrived at the scene, they arrested a 33-year-old woman on suspicion of assault.
A woman was taken to hospital to receive treatment for injuries.
In a statement today, a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said the arrested woman "has been bailed pending further enquiries".
