LATEST NEWS: Police reveal more details about cordon in town centre
A POLICE cordon is currently in place in a town centre in the Bradford district.
Officers are in attendance at Main Street, Bingley, after receiving reports of an assault.
Limited details are available so far, but a West Yorkshire Police spokesperson told the Telegraph & Argus in the last few minutes: "All we can say at the moment is police are currently in Bingley investigating reports of an assault.
"It happened in the early hours of this morning."
No further information has been provided by the force at this stage.
