A NEW destination has been added to Leeds Bradford Airport's routes.

The Yeadon-based airport will be putting on flights to Switzerland city Geneva from January 18, 2025.

The EasyJet route will last for six weeks, according to a post on Leeds Bradford Airport's X page.

It also added that more flights will be going out to Belfast this winter.

Due to demand, there will be six times more flights heading to the Northern Ireland capital.

The X post read: "@easyJet Winter Update!

"NEW Route: Starting Jan 18th, fly weekly from LBA to stunning Geneva for 6 weeks.

"More Belfast Flights: Due to demand, we're upping flights to 6x/week this Winter!"

Last month, the airport flew out its first Ryanair flights to Bucharest, Romania, and Moroccan city Marrakesh.
