A FORMER Bradford rugby player surprised his son by flying in from Australia before his cup final later today.

Trevor Clark spent three seasons at Bradford Northern in the early to mid-Nineties.

It was a period when son Mitch was born in West Yorkshire.

The 31-year-old, who also played for Bradford in 2016, lines up for the Sheffield Eagles in the 1895 Cup final at Wembley this afternoon.

Sheffield posted a video of the touching moment Clark was surprised by his dad this morning.

The Eagles take on Wakefield Trinity - who bypassed Bulls in the semi-final at Odsal last month.

The Daryl Powell-coached outfit came out 40-14 winners, despite the hosts being in the lead at half time.

It meant Bradford's wait for a Wembley return goes on.
