ALL lanes have been reopened on a stretch of the M62 after a multi-vehicle crash.
Two lanes had been shut after the crash on the westbound section of the motorway from junction 27, for Birstall, to junction 26, for Chain Bar roundabout.
National Highways confirmed at around 4.30pm that all lanes were now open.
A spokesperson for National Highways added: "There are residual delays of 45 minutes and approximately fixe miles of congestion on the approach.
"Thank you for your patience."
