A BRADFORD woman charged with murder has missed a second court appearance.
Defence barrister Narita Bahra KC told Bradford Crown Court that Susan Poole would not be produced for a scheduled plea and trial preparation hearing on Tuesday.
Poole, 52, of Shetland Close, is accused of the murder of David Hart at Shetland Close on April 16.
In her absence, His Honour Judge Jonathan Rose set a timetable for the preparation of reports.
Judge Rose previously listed a provisional trial date of September 2. He amended that trial date to October 7.
Poole remains in custody and is set to be transferred to the high-security Rampton Hospital in Nottinghamshire.
