ALL lanes are now open on the M62 following an earlier incident involving a trailer dislodging from a HGV.
It has caused major delays on the motorway and in surrounding areas like Brighouse and Hipperholme.
One reader said: "It was absolute chaos on both sides of the M606 and M62!!
"Only just got home (after over an hour of travelling).
"It usually takes me around 20 minutes.
"There was stop-start traffic and heavy congestion on both sides of the M606, and then it was bad along the M62 as well."
In an update at around 4.45pm, National Highways said all lanes are now open between Junction 26 and Junction 27 "following an earlier incident involving a lorry which become unhitched from its trailer".

A spokesperson added that there are residual delays of 50 minutes and approximately seven miles of congestion on the approach.
