A SCHOOLBOY was allegedly shot by a BB gun as he walked along a street in an ancient market town in the Yorkshire Dales.
Police say the boy was shot by someone from out of the passenger window of a small, white, four door car as he walked home from school at around 4.40pm on Monday in Church Street, Settle. He was thankfully not injured.
A police spokesperson said: "We are appealing for information, CCTV and witnesses that will assist our investigation and help identify those involved.
