POLICE have revealed why they seized a car in the Bradford district last night.
Officers from Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team were patrolling the Bolton Woods area when they spotted the vehicle.
According to a spokesperson from the team, the BMW was "being driven at speed and in an anti-social manner".
The spokesperson said: "The vehicle was stopped and seized under Section 59 powers.
"The driver was reported for the offences.
"A file will be prepared for court."
Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 allows police to seize vehicles which are being driven inconsiderately or carelessly on a road or other public place.
