A LARGE emergency presence scrambled to a fire in a Bradford district industrial estate this morning.
A dozen fire crews from across West Yorkshire are currently tackling the blaze at Jubilee Way Industrial Estate, off Thackley Old Road, in Shipley.
Crews responded to reports of the fire, which is at a single-storey building 60x60m and is currently 35 per cent involved in fire, at 5.13am on Saturday.
The public has been asked to avoid the area and residents have been told to keep their doors and windows shut due to smoke in the air.
Firefighters are using hose reels and an aerial ladder appliance to tackle the flames.
There are no reports of any injuries at this time.
It is unknown what the cause of the fire is at this stage.
As of 2pm, three crews were still at the scene attending to one sector of the fire that was still burning.

A spokesperson for the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said: "We currently have 12 crews in attendance at Jubilee Way Industrial Estate in Shipley.
"We were called at 5.13am this morning to reports of the fire which is at a single-storey building 60x60m which is currently 35 oer cent involved in fire.
"We're asking all local residents to keep their doors and windows shut due to smoke in the air - and please avoid the area due to the large emergency service presence.
"There are no reports of any injuries at this time."
An update at 8am added: "Twelve crews remain at the scene, with some change of personnel.
"Firefighters are using hose reels and an aerial ladder appliance to tackle the flames.
"We are working with several partner agencies including West Yorkshire Police, Yorkshire Ambulance Service, The Environment Agency, Yorkshire Water, Network Rail (due to the proximity of train lines) and gas and electric colleagues."
An update at 10am said: "This incident is being scaled back to six crews and two aerial ladder appliances as firefighters continue to work at the scene.
"Partners from Bradford Council are assisting with some logistic issues."
Another update at 2pm added: "Three crews remain at the scene, one sector of fire is still burning."
Crews from the following stations attended the fire; Bingley, Bradford, Stanningley, Shipley, Rawdon, Fairweather Green, Odsal, Ilkley, Mirfield, Leeds, Featherstone, Cookridge, Cleckheaton, Keighley, and Otley.
