TWO suspected burglars tried a locked door on a house but were "warned off" by a barking dog.
West Yorkshire Police has released images of two people they would like to identify in relation to an attempted burglary in the Gomersal area of Kirklees two months ago.
A spokesperson for the force said: "On 10 March at around 2am, two suspects approached a house on Cliffe Lane and attempted to open a locked door, but were warned off by a barking dog inside the property."
Officers have been investigating the attempted burglary since and conducting examining CCTV in the area.
Anyone who recognises either or both people in these images should contact police in Kirklees on 101, or using the contact options on the West Yorkshire Police website.
