A NEIGHBOURHOOD policing team held two day of actions to tackle anti-social driving this week.
Officers from Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team, supported by local ward councillors, carried out Operation Trimburg in Birstall, Birkenshaw and East Bierley.
A spokesperson for the Batley Spen NPT said: "Officers attended the Birstall, Birkenshaw and East Bierley area on Operation Trimburg that targets Fatal 5 offences and anti-social driving. Intelligence is fed into the operation by the Kirklees ward councillors from members of the community."
The day of action saw the following traffic offence reported: Mobile phone (2), expired MOT (2), seatbelt (2) and tinted windows (3).
One vehicle was seized for document offences and an intelligence form was submitted to development around repeat offenders.
An Operation Trimburg was also held Heckmondwike this week.
One evening patrol traffic offence was reported, there was one mobile phone offence, three registration plate not conforming to regulations offence and two seatbelt offences.
