THE Bradford Means Business Awards are back for 2024.
Brought to you by the Telegraph & Argus, in partnership with Bradford College, the awards are an opportunity to shine a light on the businesses doing great things across the district.
Nominations close on Friday, May 10, and in the run-up to the deadline, we're putting the spotlight on the different categories businesses can enter, starting with SME Business of the Year.
The nomination form can be accessed by clicking here.
SME Business of the Year
Sponsored by BHP
The award is open to companies in the region which normally employ no more than 75 full-time staff whilst demonstrating a strong financial performance.
Recognising a business that has shown marked success over the year, this award celebrates companies that are integral to the economy.
Judges will consider current trading performance, as well as prospective growth and development opportunities for the future of the business.
'I can promise everyone an incredible night'
Host Aaron Calvert, mind reader and hypnotist, said: "I can’t wait to host and perform at the Bradford Business Awards.
"Bradford holds such incredible memories for me growing up as does much of Yorkshire.
"During my early years performing magic, I often travelled to Bradford Magic Circle.
"The thing I love most about performing at awards nights is getting to meet and hear about so many local businesses, they’re normally so much fun because everyone is up for having a great night! Knowing the audience of Bradford like I do, I expect July will be no different.
"I can promise everyone an incredible night that you will talk about for months, for those that get fully involved in the show you’ll experience something utterly jaw-dropping and for those going the extra mile with the hypnosis you will experience something that they will never forget.
"Throughout the night I’ll be offering opportunities for everyone to take part… and you’ll get so much more out of the evening if you do!
"I can’t wait to see you all there!"
