A BRADFORD railway station entrance will remain closed, Network Rail has revealed.
A sign on the Manor Row entrance doors which lead to the Forster Square platforms states due to "safety concerns" the stairs will be closed "until further notice".
The Telegraph & Argus saw this and asked Network Rail, which runs the station, what these concerns were.
Engineers visited the station following reports of water ingress in the entrance.
Network Rail says it needs to remain closed while the repairs take place.
No date was given for when it is set to reopen.
It comes at a time when the city centre's transport facilities have been hit following the closure of the bus station at Bradford Interchange.

A spokesperson said: “Our engineers have carried out a temporary repair to part of the station at Bradford Forster Square following reports of water ingress at the station’s Manor Row entrance.
“For now, this entrance to the station needs to remain closed while the repair starts to take effect.
“Our teams are working on plans for a more permanent solution and we are working to reopen this entrance as soon and as safely as we can.
"We want to thank passengers for their understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
