POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a group of masked suspects brandishing weapons and reportedly threatened people inside a house.
Officers from the Dewsbury and Mirfield Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to speak to anyone who saw or has footage or information about the incident on Fairfield Crescent in Dewsbury on Tuesday, April 2.
It took place at about 6.30pm after a group of seven or eight males aged believed to be aged between 14 and 20 attended outside the address and shouted threats at people inside.
Members of the group, who were wearing face coverings, could be seen brandishing weapons.
The suspects then made off towards Staincliffe Road.
Following enquiries, police arrested two Dewsbury males, aged 14 and 16 on suspicion of harassment and possession of an offensive weapon. Both have been released on police bail pending further enquires.
