LATEST NEWS: Road connecting city and outskirts reopens after two-day closure
A ROAD connecting Bradford city centre and the outskirts is closed for two days.
Lumb Lane, which joins Manningham and the city centre, is shut from today until late on Wednesday afternoon.
This is due to roadworks.
The road is closed between 8am and 4.30pm today, tomorrow, and on Wednesday.
First West Yorkshire said its 620 service, which runs between Heaton and Bierley, will be diverting via Drewton Road, Manningham Lane, and Oak Lane to avoid the closure.
A spokesperson for the bus company said: "Thank you for your patience."
