A TOWN centre property that “needs to be returned to its former glory” will go to auction later this month.
Grade II-listed 2 Town Street in Farsley will have a guide price of £130,000 at the Pugh online auction being held on April 23.
The property was built in the 1840s as a Headmaster’s house, and was awarded listed status in 1979.
It is next to St John’s Church in the centre of the town.
The listing says: “A Grade II listed, end terraced house in Farsley, the property has been neglected in recent years and now needs to be returned to its former glory.
“With accommodation over four floors, the property would benefit from reconfiguration to realise its true potential.”
