Looking for cafés, tearooms and pubs offering the best breakfasts across the Bradford district?
We asked Telegraph and Argus readers on Facebook what they thought were the best places for breakfast in the area.
Many places received multiple recommendations, so here's a breakdown of some of the best as voted for by you.

Mimmo’s, Baildon
Location: 8 Queen Street, Baildon, Shipley, BD17 6AA
Opening times: 8am-2pm Monday to Thursday (closed on Tuesday), 9am-2pm Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday, 9.30am-2pm Sunday (bank holiday hours may differ)
One person said Mimmo’s has the “best breakfast around”.
On its Facebook page, the family run Italian café says it offers “breakfast, pizza, pasta, baguettes & more” including a “simple, yet delicious BLT baguette”.
They also make full English breakfasts and even ciabattas if you fancy something a little bit different.
Ka-Fei House
Location: 3 Queensbury Square, Brighouse Rd, Queensbury, Bradford, BD13 1FF
Opening times: 8.30am-4pm Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-3.30pm Sunday (bank holiday hours may differ)

On its Facebook page, Ka-Fei describes itself as “a new modern coffee house located in Queensbury Court, Queensbury specialising in great coffee, food & cakes in a warm and welcoming environment.”
From a strawberry and Nutella ‘croffle’ topped with strawberry fresh cream and marshmallows, to buttermilk pancakes and granola bowls, there is plenty to choose from.
Pearls Tearoom & Patisserie
Location: 46 Rooley Ave, Bradford, BD6 1DA
Opening times: Currently open 11am-5am Monday to Sunday for Ramadan (bank holiday hours may differ)
Someone said: “Pearls tea room without a doubt”.
On the website, it says: “We want our tea room to feel like your home away from home, so we make sure we’re always going the extra mile to create that extra special feeling. We don’t just want you to enjoy our products, but to feel comfortable and relaxed as you do so.
“The Pearl’s team are always on-hand to offer the most warm, attentive and personalised service we can give. In our tea room, every person and their experience is important to us.”
You can expect to tuck into anything from a full English breakfast to porridge, omelettes, Turkey eggs Benedict and salmon eggs royale.
City Vaults
Location: 33 Hustlergate, Bradford, BD1 1RE
Opening times: 10am-11pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday, 10am-12am Friday to Saturday (bank holiday hours may differ)
On its Facebook page, City Vaults says it is Bradford's “best modern gastropub”.
The breakfast menu includes a full English with pork sausage, grilled back bacon, fried egg, hash brown, tomatoes and baked beans (add toast for an extra £1) – vegetarian options are also available.
Or if you want something a bit lighter, you can have a freshly made free-range egg omelette “layered with your choice of toppings” such as ham, onions, mushrooms, bacon and more.
The Loft Café Bar
Location: 127 Main Street, Bingley, BD16 2HT
Opening times: 8.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm Saturday, 9.30am-2pm Sunday (bank holiday hours may differ)
A reader said The Loft Café Bar is “voted Qest [West] Yorkshires best.”
This family-run café is situated in the centre of Bingley and dogs are welcome downstairs, according to its Facebook page.
Breakfast paninis, as well as the ‘Loft breakfast’ and ‘Ocean breakfast’ (smoked salmon with either scrambled or poach egg served on thick-cut wholemeal toast) among many other dishes are served until 3pm.
The Lodge, Bowling Park
Location: Bowling Park Lodge, Bowling Hall Road, Bradford, BD4 7TL
Opening times: 10.30-3.30pm Wednesday to Thursday, 10.30am-4.30pm Friday, 9.30am-4.30pm Saturday, 10.30am-4.30pm Sunday (bank holiday hours may differ)
Located inside Bowling Park, this café has plenty of breakfast delights to go along with a coffee or two, including a full English, 'Brooklyn brioche roll' with a side of hash browns, bacon sandwiches, poached eggs and more.

Northgate Bistro
Location: 36 Northgate, Bradford, BD1 3SN
Opening times: 8am-4pm Monday to Saturday, 9.30am-2pm Sunday (bank holiday hours may differ)
“Northgate Bistro in town what a lovely place too go for 5 star food,” said a local resident.
Fuel yourself ready for the day with a full English, bacon sandwich or a round of toast.
