POLICE have issued a warning after a van containing several bags of asbestos was stolen in the Bradford district.
The white Ford Transit van - with signs for ‘Dakin Developments Limited’ on both sides and the rear door - was stolen in Ilkley on Tuesday.
At the time of the theft, there were around a dozen white bags of asbestos inside the vehicle which were sealed with black duct tape.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Police have issued a warning following the theft of a van in Ilkley which contained a number of bags of asbestos.
"The white Ford Transit van, registration number HG61PMV, was stolen on Tuesday, March 19.
"The van has a sign written with ‘Dakin Developments Limited’ on both sides and the rear door.
"At the time of the theft, there were around a dozen white bags of asbestos inside the vehicle which were sealed with black duct tape.
"If anyone sees this van or has any information about its whereabouts, they are asked to contact police in Bradford by using Live Chat online or by calling 101, quoting crime reference 13240151767."
