POLICE have launched an appeal to find a missing Plymouth man who has strong links to Bradford and West Yorkshire.
Police are concerned for the welfare of 37-year-old Thomas Halmshaw who had been reported missing from Plymouth.
Thomas was seen loading items into a blue estate car at his property at Westhays Close, Plymstock on Sunday, March 10.
Officers would like to hear from the owner of this car as they may hold important information relating to this inquiry.
Thomas was last seen on Monday, March 11, after being dropped off near the Broadway Shopping Centre in Plymstock.
Thomas is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 10ins to 5ft 11 ins tall, of slim build, with blue eyes, black hair just past his ears in length, and short black and grey stubble.
He was last seen wearing a dark rain jacket, dark grey trousers, mountain-style boots and was carrying a worn-out black rucksack and a white plastic bag. Thomas is also described as having a broad Yorkshire accent.
Anyone who sees Thomas is asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 999 immediately, quoting reference number 50240063105.
