POLICE are investigating after a man was injured in a stabbing. 

A police cordon was put in place on Lilycroft Road, Manningham, at around 3.30pm on Tuesday.

A 28-year-old man suffered injuries to his arm.

It is understood the police scene was in place on the path between Dhesi Grill and J K Plumbers Merchants.

The incident continues to be investigated by Bradford District CID.

A spokesperson for the force said: "At 3.29pm yesterday, police received a report from the ambulance service that a male had been stabbed in Lilycroft Road, Bradford

"Officers attended and found a 28-year-old man had suffered an injury to his arm. A scene was also put in place for further examination.  

"The man’s injuries were found to be not life-threatening and the incident is being investigated by Bradford District CID.
