A RIDER was reportedly spotted "driving erratically" and "weaving in and out of heavy traffic at speed" in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team saw the scooter on Queens Road in Manningham.
Officers said there were no 'L' plates displayed on the vehicle.
The driver was also found to be a provisional licence holder only.

A post on the Operation Steerside X account said: "Seen driving erratically on Queens Road @WYP_BradfordE weaving in & out of heavy traffic at speed.
"No 'L' plates displayed, driver found to be a provisional licence holder only.
"Seized under S.165 RTA. Also recorded as SORN so reported to @DVLAgovuk."
The Operation Steerside Team has been dedicated to tackling dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford since the initiative was launched in 2016.
