A 4X4 was seized by police after it was spotted being driven "erratically" in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team spotted the green Mitsubishi on North Park Road, next to Lister Park, in Manningham.
The driver was reported after previously being warned, the team said.
The vehicle was also seized.
A post on the Operation Steerside Team X account said: "Seen on North Park Road @WYP_BradfordW driving erratically & overtaking at junction to push ahead of others.
"Due to a previous warning, we seized the vehicle under S.59 Police Reform Act powers and reported him for the offences."
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team has been dedicated to tackling dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford since the initiative was launched in 2016.
Section 59 warnings allow police to give drivers a warning if they are reported to have used their vehicle in a manner that causes "alarm, distress or annoyance".
