SIX people were taken to hospital following a three-vehicle crash, Yorkshire Ambulance Service has revealed.
Emergency services, including police, ambulance, and fire, rushed to Valley Road in Shipley just before 12pm on Monday.
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said "multiple people" were trapped in cars.
Two of the vehicles were recovered by West Yorkshire Police.
Three ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene.
Video footage taken from a dashboard camera showed a white car hitting one vehicle in its own lane before veering into the oncoming traffic.
The second smash appeared to be the most severe - the driver and passenger exited their car in seemingly in disbelief at what had happened.
Smoke can then be seen coming from the vehicle.
First Bus said the crash had caused "delays of up to 35 minutes".
A spokesperson for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service: "Just before 11.30am on Monday (March 4), an emergency ambulance travelling in the area came across a three-car collision at the junction of Otley Road and Valley Road in Shipley.
"Two further ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and a team leader were dispatched to the scene and six patients were conveyed to hospital."
